**Job Title: Crate Builder** **Job Description** The company specializes in making signage and hardscaping products. As a Crate Builder, you will be responsible for constructing crates that fit the specifications of products being shipped. This role involves measuring and cutting wood, using a nail gun, and loading crates. **Responsibilities** + Measure and cut wood to specified dimensions + Build crates using hand and power tools + Utilize a nail gun for assembly + Load crates with products for shipping + Ensure crates meet product specifications + Perform general labor tasks as needed **Essential Skills** + General labor experience + Proficiency with hand tools + Proficiency with power tools + Ability to kneel, crouch, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs routinely + Experience in assembly, cabinetry, roofing, or carpentry **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in woodworking + Ability to work in a production environment + Familiarity with using a tape measure **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a great benefits package once you become a direct employee.
