Creative, Traffic Coordinator

Whether the job entails interacting with our customers, driving digital growth, or providing vital behind-the-scenes support, we’re all here for the same reason – to roll up our sleeves and create happiness through cooking and sharing good food.   The CreativeTraffic Coordinator is responsible for processing, resourcing, and coordinating the flow of creative requests and information to the Sur La Table creative team. This role will support multiple business categories including, but not limited to, Signage, Website, Email, Social, Packaging, Photography, and Culinary. You will collaborate with the Creative Project Management team on the resources planner to ensure copy and design resources are properly allocated and projects are set up to meet deadlines with accuracy.
This position will report into the Senior Creative Operations Manager

What you get to do every day: INTAKE & PROCESSING: Utilize Wrike software to monitor work request queues, process incoming ticketing information, and audit for missing information unique to each business.   Partner with project management team to proactively plan for periods of large ticket submission- business as usual and seasonal volume. Identify and markup tickets that are missing key information escalating where appropriate.  
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & TICKET MAINTENANCE: Maintain accurate records by regularly auditing tickets to correct any errors that may have been missed during bulk intake.  Update ticket data on records triggered through automation rules.  Create and maintainorganizational filing system in Sharepoint for all new projects, documenting links in ticket records for transparency. Complete the photography shot list tickets by adding product silo images for product SKUs. 
RESOURCE ALLOCATION:  Monitor the creative team’s resource allocation, escalating concerns to the Senior Creative Operations Manager for support and resolution.  Establish a weekly cadence to report on resourcing challenges, updates, and questions for PM team.   
What you bring to the role: 3-5 years of on-the-job experience equivalence. Degree in relevant field is preferred but not required.  Passion and Curiosity for project management tools. Experience in Wrike, a plus.  Strong business acumen with exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, project management skills, including a bias for action Organized, self-starter who excels at prioritizing and managing competing priorities. Comfort working in an environment that is experiencing transformation and growth.  Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
