Job Description*This role is part of RRD’s Global Outsourcing Division, supporting a financial services client in an outsourced capacity.
Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for Americas Creative and lead strategic solutions that elevate client experiencePrimary point of contact for key stakeholders and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsManaging the US teams and setting objectivesTranslate big picture strategy into finessed execution from empowered teamsFluent at providing direction to push work and elevate team’s skillsSimplify complex into compelling, intentional storytelling that drives business results with tremendous expertiseOrganize and lead monthly and quarterly business, client meetings and ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are metWork closely with global colleagues to ensure that there is a consistent approach in the delivery of Presentations servicesMaintain knowledge of and adherence to facility procedures, operations and protocolsMaster knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trendsProvide strategic operational improvements and facilitate executionProvide teams with appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiativesEnsure all deliverable deadlines are met for all clients and parts involved in the process, especially accountable for all high-profile/Tier 1 projectsWork with recruiting to ensure right talent hired to meet the client requirements and monitor the onboarding and training processResponsible for early detection of issues that may require escalation, assess risks and strategize mitigation plansManagement of vendor engagement and relationshipEnsure training needs for all team members is mapped and work with manager to deploy training programsConducting performance evaluations and giving feedback for direct reportsIdentifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional servicesWork with RRD Director on the P&L and expenses related to the teams, analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in area relative to the business (Design or Creative Arts preferred)At least 5+ years of experience in financial services or related field preferredEnthusiasm, aptitude, organizational skills and a willingness to learnStrong reasoning and problem-solving skillsProactive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skillsOutstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure while meeting deadlinesAbility to interact with client and team members in a professional and respectful mannerExpert knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification preferredStrong technology background with project management experienceProven experience building strong, cohesive and high-performing teams through effective motivation and coaching methodsSolutions oriented approach to work and possesses a strong willingness to venture into the unknown, experiment, and work collaborativelyProven management and operations experience preferredAdditional InformationThe national pay range for this role is $77,900 - $124,600 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
