Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of **Creative Account Specialist** in the Global Marketing, Service & Technology organization located in **Houston, TX** through **January 13, 2025** . This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing Execution for the Americas.
The Creative Account Specialist leads creative execution of marketing initiatives across multiple B2B and B2C channels, ensuring creative development aligns with the sector brief, brand identity standards and campaign objectives. The role involves collaboration internally with Content, Media and Project Management peers, as well as external leading of creative agency partners.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Responsible for design and implementation of creative marketing strategies that align with business goals (working in strong alignment with Strategy and Operations team).
+ Lead the creative process, collaborating with internal partners and driving external agencies to develop creative that adheres to campaign goals, target audience specifications, key messaging, brand guidelines and brief requirements.
+ Proactive leads partnership with marketing peers. Collaborates with sector, content and media managers to ensure creative design is aligned with plan and meets desired business outcomes.
+ Monitor creative performance in conjunction with media analyst and gather feedback from key stakeholders. Adapt and optimize creative to results based on KPI metrics, feedback and evolving goals/needs. Recommend A/B and other testing protocols as needed.
+ Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
+ Maintain creative budget and associated calendar, making workflow of key deliverables available to dependent stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
+ 5+ experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar role.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
