Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Agency Account Manager with agency experience for a contract-to-hire role in Englewood, CO.   This role will be onsite/ in the office and support an in-house ad agency's multi-brand portfolio. 

In this role, you will: 
 

Be the liaison between internal client partners and creative teams shepherding each project from intake to deliveryFrom strategy to delivery, manages client partner communication and expectations on creative work.Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.Manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics. Essential to guiding projects through the creative development processCaptures pertinent communication and creative project expectations as the agency liaison.Coordinates day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requestsCommunicates frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and prioritiesSupports all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps

QualificationsUndergraduate degree and 7-10 years experienceDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred: experience working in video content delivery services, broadcastingExperience working in an agency

Additional Information

This will be a contract-to-hire position in Englewood, CO.  This role will work onsite/ in the office collaborating between the creative teams and internal partners.  This role will pay between $85,000 to $110,000 per year after permanent employment conversion along with a comprehensive benefit package.
