This role is instrumental in the creation of print and digital experiences crafting original, editorial and marketing campaigns across all brand touch-points including: site, email, social media, resort, retail and dining experiences. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE + Execute and present top-quality design from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards in execution of all digital and marketing materials. + Produce consistently elevated typographical and visual solutions adhering to seasonal and brand style guides. + Create elevated editorial experiences across all digital & print content, including our website, emails, omni-channel campaign suites and paid media. + Drives cross-team collaboration to create scalable, user-centric design solutions with expertise in Figma. + Work with illustrated and patterned creative elements, occasionally extract elements to execute for spot illustrations and as iconography sets. + Consistently provide innovative and creative ideas, putting forward imaginative alternatives and question traditional approaches. + Work with ecommerce, site merchandisers and front-end developers promoting consistency and integrity of the creative vision and all guest experiences and flows. + Additionally, work on print projects inclusive of, but not limited to, direct mail and in-store promotional elements. + Strive to evolve and grow the digital presence of Tommy Bahama + Perform other duties as needed to help support the overall business. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE + Generally, 5+ years related digital design experience in an e-commerce environment + Experience with eComm content creation + Portfolio that demonstrates the ability to work in a variety of design aesthetics, for a range of digital touchpoints and visualizations for brand storytelling + Proficiency in Adobe CC applications in a Mac OSX environment + Proficiency in Figma and utilizing advanced features, including auto-layouts, variants, and prototyping + Experience and knowledge of print creative best practices a plus + Deep understanding of visual design principles and process (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) + Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of projects. + Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills + Exhibits a hunger to do great work and continually elevate creative while embracing an evolving and fast-paced digital landscape. + Exhibits natural inclination to collaborate with peers and stakeholders + Superior time management skills Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
