As a Creative Director (CD) of platform design on the Interactive Experiences team, you’ll partner with group leaders for Production, Strategy, Technology to lead a world-class team of multi-disciplinary creatives. This creative team crafts digital experiences across online and in-store environments to engage and support our customers through their Apple customer journey (from inspiration to purchase). **Description** Just as each detail of an Apple product is deeply considered, the Creative Director obsesses over every word, design detail, and connection point to improve and upgrade the customer experience on Apple owned and partner digital platforms. They collaborate with the world’s best creative and strategic minds across Marcom and other business teams to deliver products that live up to Apple standards. As a member of the Interactive Experiences Leadership team, they partner closely with key Apple leaders and stakeholders on the strategy that guides these products for today and for years to come. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Leading all aspects of the definition, design and delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs that meet both the needs our the customer and business objectives. - Collaborating with product management, strategy and leadership teams across the business to develop prioritized roadmaps and objectives and ensure alignment and cohesion through the design process. - Advocating for the user experience and design system across all internal and external partner teams to ensure consistent implementation of the design vision. - Evolving internal processes and practices to lead towards more efficient, effective and innovative work across the team - Leading, mentoring and growing a high-performing team of product designers-providing guidance on best practices and professional growth. - Fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement and collaboration within the product design team. - Leading with passion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work. **Minimum Qualifications** + You have at least 15 years of overall digital product design experience in a creative-focused digital agency, in house product team at a leading brand, or in a product development company or startup. + At least 5 years of management experience leading a large and diverse team of product design talent. + A diverse portfolio of integrated digital product work, with an ideal focus or in-depth experience in digital marketing and commerce environments. + A Bachelor's degree **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Deep expertise and experience driving alignment and prioritization of requirements with a diverse range of business partners. + Experience shaping and driving organizational change across teams you’ve led. + Ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations that engage stakeholders and drive alignment. + Experienced in evaluating and guiding concepts, providing creative direction to product design teams and getting hands on with the work as needed. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
