Hire Digital is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for art direction and storytelling, ensuring that all creative assets align with brand guidelines and client expectations. This role is pivotal in transforming concepts into compelling visual narratives and ensuring that our design and video outputs meet the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the overall creative and visual direction of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.Motivate and guide creatives, designers and video editors to enhance their creative thinking and execution skills.Develop engaging infographics, video storyboards, social posts, and more, defining themes and ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.Collaborate with the team to ensure frames are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with client expectations.Critically evaluate creative work produced by the team, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality control.Ensure all visual assets meet project requirements and resonate with target audiences.Contribute to the design process by creating original concepts and executing high-quality visual designs.Work closely with account managers to translate client visions into actionable creative strategies.REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency setting.Proven track record of working on diverse projects for a variety of clients.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, art direction, and video storyboarding.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively under tight deadlines.Ability to think strategically and creatively under tight deadlines.
