Your New RoleThe Creative Director works with the VP of Marketing AV to develop and implement innovative and creative video campaigns that span across multiple platforms. Leads promotions for original programming with direct responsibilities for concept development, creative direction, and tactical executions. Runs a team of staff producers creating assets internally as well as with external vendors. Acts as the primary liaison between creative agencies, internal clients, programming executives, and show executives. Responsible for the management of multiple campaign budgets.Your Role Accountabilities:Provide leadership and creative direction on multiple AV marketing campaigns at a time, assuring these campaigns are on strategy and on brand. Act as the strategic lead for creative conceptualizing, development and execution of launch and continuity. Partner and collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional peers to ensure projects meet goals and achieve desired results. Push the creative boundaries of traditional promotion and establish new creative standards. Build strong relationships with external agencies, as well as with internal business partners, executives, show-runners, and talent. Manage senior stakeholders and efficiently navigate approvals through a complex hierarchy Track campaigns and allocate resources to ensure that projects stay on deadline and within budget

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $154,000.00 - $286,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
