Creative Director
Description We are looking for a proficient Creative Director to join our team in the service industry based in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating engaging and personalized content, utilizing digital tools and AI for content creation, staying updated with industry trends, and enhancing our brand's visual identity across various platforms. You will also be responsible for leading the social media and creative design team, liaising with internal stakeholders, and managing a team of creative professionals. Responsibilities: • Generate deeply engaging and personalized content that transcends industry norms • Utilize a variety of digital tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, to execute creative projects • Stay updated with the latest industry and cultural trends, incorporating these into relevant content to maintain a competitive edge • Enhance our brand's visual identity across various platforms, including web, mobile, graphics, signage, and logos • Lead the social media and creative design team to develop a thoughtful social content strategy that drives followership and engagement • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations • Create and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels and mediums • Use data-driven insights to build relevant and compelling creative content • Manage and provide direct feedback to in-house creatives and designers • Lead a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and management on various projects. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the service industry, ideally within a creative leadership role. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, inclusive of Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. • Demonstrated ability to utilize Facebook Insights for strategic planning and execution. • Experience in designing and implementing advertisements across various platforms. • Proven track record of increasing brand awareness through innovative creative strategies. • Experience in campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. • Strong skills in collateral management, including development, distribution, and tracking. • Experience in shaping and maintaining corporate identity through visual and messaging consistency.
