Creative Director
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Creative Director in the Marketing/PR industry, located in New Jersey. Within this role, you will be tasked with leading creative efforts, developing advertising strategies, and utilizing various Adobe programs to create compelling content. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment • Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to design and execute creative projects • Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to inform creative decisions and strategies • Oversee the creation and execution of advertisements, ensuring they meet quality standards and effectively convey the intended message • Interface with clients and team members to discuss creative vision and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Continuously stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in creative design • Participate in pitch work, presenting creative concepts and strategies to potential clients or stakeholders • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development, ensuring team members are up-to-date with the latest creative techniques and trends. 02720-0013132388 Requirements • Profound understanding of the marketing and PR industry. • Proven experience in a Creative Director role or similar leadership position. • Demonstrable expertise in creating compelling advertisements. • Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a creative team. • Proficient in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop). • Strong ability to think strategically and execute creatively, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing projects. • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field is preferred. • Comprehensive understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
