We are seeking an innovative and experienced Creative Design Leader to drive our visual storytelling and brand experience as well as lead our creative design team. This role involves overseeing all creative projects, guiding the team towards achieving their best work, and ensuring that all visual and conceptual elements align with our brand’s identity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design capabilities across various media, the ability to align creative output with business objectives, proven management experience, and the ability to lead a Global team. **Key Responsibilities** + **Leadership and Management** : + Lead and manage the creative team in the production of all branding, digital, print, and multimedia projects. + Oversee the hiring, training, and development of the global creative team. + Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, collaboration and inclusivity. + **Creative Strategy and Execution** : + Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand vision. + Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. + Incorporate data and leading technologies (including AI) to inspire creativity, efficiency, and performance. + Provide creative direction and feedback to the team, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables. + Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design standards and delivery. + Lead with a hands-on approach – comfortable rolling up sleeves to contribute to design projects. + **Design and Storytelling** : + Utilize exceptional design skills to support storytelling and enhance brand narratives. + Oversee the creation of compelling visual content for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia. + Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects. + **Collaboration and Communication** : + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visuals, actively seeking information to understand and deal effectively with changes in strategies and goals. + Drives client-focused practices, balancing design excellence with an understanding of client needs and project goals. + Present creative work to stakeholders and top-level management, effectively communicating the vision and value of the designs. + Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless project execution. **Qualifications** + **Experience** : + 10 years proven experience in a senior creative leadership role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry. + Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse creative team, including offshore members. + Extensive experience in branding, digital, print, and multimedia design. + **Skills** : + Exceptional design capabilities and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. + Ability to develop and implement effective creative strategies. + Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to use design to convey compelling narratives. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to various audiences. + Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite), Wrike proficiency a plus. + Proven experience utilizing Generative AI tools to elevate design and gain efficiency. + **Education** : + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. \#LI-EA1 \#LI-Remote The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000- $205,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000-$246,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
