About this teamThe APAC Brand Creative Operations team is a partner to the Brand Creative team and is tasked with enabling best-in-class brand storytelling and creative experiences. This team owns operationalizing the creative process to deliver creative campaigns and initiatives.
A day in the life:Manage and deliver APAC-led campaign projects and deliverables against APAC GTM calendar.Cross functional collaboration and risk management to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.Facilitate, execute, and support and adaptation of global campaigns for APAC marketsManage external EP from pre-pro to post production for APAC-led campaignManage ad hoc creative requests through project management toolManage designers’ workload and work submission processPartner with Ops Manager to establishing operation systems & GTM process to support delivering into best in class campaign and creative workAgency, vendor, and third party partner management, communications and scopingSupport procurement and legal processBudget management and tracking
Qualifications:3-5 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or creative agency/production experience specific to the apparel/footwear industry Experience working with external creative and production partners Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacyAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlinesA genuine passion for brand creative and creative operationsMust be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible Strong sense of ownership and accountability
