Creative Operations Manager - Maternity Leave

The AppsFlyer Brand marketing team is seeking a highly skilled, efficient, organized and experienced Creative program manager, with top-notch interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of design, video production and marketing campaign processes, and an unmatched eye for details.

In this position, you will oversee the execution and completion of all marketing projects that involve brand and creative aspects across all AppsFlyer departments. As the Creative program manager, you will act as the liaison between our creative team, which consists of Design, Video and Creative team, and the AppsFlyer organization around the world.

You will lead 360 brand campaigns for A-Z including all the processes end to end, from briefing and planning through to execution and going live, while balancing between incoming requests, day-to-day tasks and available resources.

What you’ll do:

Manage the creative team (Design and Video) pipeline, analyze all incoming requests, and assign projects to the relevant team members on our project management platform (Asana) Make sure all of the team efforts and resources are invested only in briefs and projects that support the marketing goals and strategy Be the brand's gatekeeper and ensure that all the creative assets are aligned design and content wise Increase group efficiency by enforcing strict workflows with all company departments. Find creative solutions to unexpected difficulties that will occur during process on a daily basis Act as a POC to all marketing projects that include design or creative needs and connect with all the relevant stakeholders to push projects forward. Drive the creative team deliverables by removing obstacles, assisting with tactical issues, triaging bugs, scheduling reviews with stakeholders and leadership, and communicating team status Act as a video project manager for all internal and external video productions, including vendor search, handling the contract and negotiation, creating a timeline and distribution plan, and overseeing the editing process and delivery externally and internally Support our global marketing organization members with different creative requests by becoming a trusted advisor who can offer creative solutions for their different needs Collaborate with other departments (CSM, Sales, Partner Development, People Operations etc.) to offer brand and creative solutions for their needs Manage the creative team budget, tech stack, licenses, purchase orders and more Define internal planning methodologies and approach guidelines, ensuring adoption across multiple project teams. What you have: 

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a leading advertising/branding agency or a SaaS company as part of a creative team  Experience supporting high-performance, collaborative teams Proficiency with project management tools - Asana, Trello, Monday etc. Demonstrated problem solving abilities Strong English verbal and written communication skills  Efficient multi-tasker who is detail-oriented and not afraid of some technical work Ability to work in close collaboration with other team members and drive them to support the marketing needs
