Job Summary

To support the Senior Manager, and Creative Ops team project management across Disney + creative marketing campaigns for EMEA Originals. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, cross functional collaboration, and a keen eye for optimising processes. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, calm under pressure, a great trouble shooter, adaptable to change, and can prioritise and coordinate across multiple possible conflicting objectives and deadlines.

This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
 

Project & Workflow Management

Supervise creative project workflows for EMEA Originals to ensure deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.Identify potential bottlenecks in project timelines and implement solutions to mitigate risks.Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain technical and brand standards.Maintain best practices for operational and creative processes. Stakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between internal teams, including brief owners, creative, legal, compliance, operations and marketing teams.Facilitate communication between regional, local, and global teams to align creative initiatives.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign timelines, key priorities, and project status.Lead and coordinate project meetings.Represent the creative operations team in both internal and external meetings.

Creative Approvals & Brand Compliance

Monitor and track creative approvals, ensuring all assets meet brand and compliance standards.Route creative projects through the appropriate approval channels to maintain efficiency.Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.Maintain and update the EMEA Originals handbook and creative workflow documentation. Budget & Resource ManagementTrack and report project localisation costs, updating budget trackers with accurate financial information.Liaise with local markets and agencies to ensure cost-effective project execution.Provide recommendations for resource allocation.

Process & Workflow Optimization

Continuously review and refine creative workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.Implement tools and technologies to streamline creative operations.Develop training materials and onboard new Regional and local marketing team members, and agencies, on creative processes. Additional ResponsibilitiesContribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.Maintain project documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Airtable).Support creative leadership with ad hoc requests and strategic initiatives.Ensure all operational processes align with overall business objectives.All other duties as assigned.

The Experience We Require From You:

3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, localisation, or a related field.Background in media, entertainment, marketing, or agency environments preferred.Strong understanding of creative production processes and workflow management.Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
