Creative Producer
Insight Global is seeking a tenacious, organized, digitally-savvy, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Creative Producer. This role supports the operations and teams at one of our largest global retail clients in the PNW.
The successful candidate will join our client's pillars of North America Retail Design. This Design Studio delivers inspiring storytelling content and experiences to customers and consumers within the North America territory. The Creative Producer will support consumer-led retail concepts and the evolution of our client's retail business, aiding in the development of global concepts, stores, programs, and project work at both macro and micro levels.
The Creative Producer will be a tactical, organized, positive team player responsible for delivering project objectives and deliverables. They will manage the day-to-day project schedule, project costs, timelines, and quality, while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions. Project work includes 2D and 3D retail elements for retail environments and programs that reflect the client's design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in conjunction with the Program Manager, Studio Director, and Design Team to contribute to long-term planning and process improvements to support Global, Geography partner, and Brand goals.
* Manage all aspects of assigned retail projects and related production processes to effectively execute on timelines, goals, and budgets.
* Drive project schedules and communications, meeting cadence, execution of deliverables, and in-store installations. Maintain strong communication, both written and verbal, internally and externally.
* Collaborate with the design and operations teams, architects, agencies, contractors, and fabricators to ensure designs are executed to specification and quality standards.
* Facilitate sampling and prototyping, identify and address key issues and challenges in the printing, construction/manufacturing, and testing of designs.
* Be accountable for organizing, recording, and maintaining all project-specific development/production documentation and specifications for integration into retail standards. Leverage best practices and tools while improving on them.
* Foster teamwork and build consensus among the design team, partner teams, and vendors. Encourage innovative thinking and operational excellence that optimizes creativity.
