Key job responsibilities
• Drive adoption of genAI and automation tools in creative workflows while optimizing automated processes to maintain quality standards.
• Implement style sheets and processes from global teams for EU market, partnering with internal tech teams and external vendors.
• Develop documentation and best practices for new technologies, training team members on automation and LLM tools.
• Own product selection and acquisition for creative content, defining content to be shared on fashion storefront.
• Create detailed creative briefs for external studios for genAI/CGI as well as traditional photoshoot images.
• Plan storefront content, incorporating stakeholder team requests.
• Run 'walk the Stores' to ensure correct content setup and check all content when live for optimum customer journey and bugs.
• Manage end-to-end localisation process and quality control, analyzing performance metrics of creative assets and campaigns.
• Create and present Monthly Product Review to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through technology.
• Define requirements for automated content creation and track efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies while implementing new technologies and processes.
• Track and optimize content performance ensuring quality standards across all content types.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, tech, and business teams.
