About This Job
As part of the Marketing Operations team, the Creative Project Manager will serve as the collaborative intermediary partner for Enterprise creative resources, namely content and design. This role will work instrumentally with internal stakeholders and business units to qualify and approve incoming requests, vetting asks for completeness, and navigating any ambiguity on behalf of the creative teams.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project owners / marketing strategists to understand project requirements and objectivesServe as primary point of contact for incoming creative requests, assessing their completeness and clarityWork closely with content and design team members, in sync with Marketing Operations Project Specialist, to balance resources and assign tasks respectful of project timelines, marketing priorities and skillsetsMonitor and maintain task/project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved including owning project management duties for enterprise creative and branding efforts in support of FVP, Creative DirectorProactively identify potential roadblocks and risks, and work with cross-functional partners to mitigateFacilitate communication and collaboration between departmental stakeholders, acting as the proverbial ‘green light’ for creative work to begin, ensuring alignment across teams upon and beyond assignmentTrack project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including status reports and presentations as necessaryContinuously optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivityProvide regular insights, feedback and learnings to grow both the creative Enterprise team skills and the strategic direction provided by project ownersRequirements:
