What you'll do as a Creative Project ManagerCollaborate across departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.Develop strategic project plans, clearly outlining milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources.Lead execution of large-scale marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, and resource requests.Oversee project progression, routing work for reviews and approvals, and archiving files and assets.Identify and mitigate risks, analyze potential impacts, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
Work Experience
Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment in account or project management roles.Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across print, digital, mobile, film, and more.Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.Effective at managing large-scale projects from initial brief to final delivery.
Preferred Skills:Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
