Creative Project Manager (Audio) Location: Onsite 3 days a week in Burlingame or Seattle Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Creative Audio Team. This role is pivotal in bringing structure, efficiency, and optimization to our audio production process and workflow. You will act as the liaison between our creative team and cross-functional partners, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with team priorities. Key Responsibilities: + Project Oversight: Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally. + Collaboration: Adapt communication to collaborate effectively with teams across various disciplines. + Audio Production Management: Partner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and ongoing quality control initiatives. + Process Improvement: Facilitate project completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs. + Documentation: Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other materials. + Dynamic Execution: Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment. Minimum Qualifications: + 5+ years of professional experience in creative production, ideally within the audio field. + Proven experience leading complex projects from inception to completion. + Proficiency in Mac OS, including office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Deep understanding of various project management workflows. + Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail. + Experience with task management systems such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc. + Ability to work independently on some projects while supporting others. + Experience managing standups for small teams (5-10 people). + Experience visualizing data using tools like Google Sheets, dashboards, Tableau, or similar for reporting. Preferred Qualifications: + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment. + Experience with AR/VR technology or mobile app development. + Familiarity with audio production and audio production software.
