Job Summary/Description:
KFVS-TV is seeking a full-time Marketing/Commercial Creator who will primarily produce local commercials. Candidate may also produce station promotion, digital and social media video content, other sales presentations, and help with station events.
Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Work with Sales Dept. and station clients to produce creative, effective commercials for on-air and digital platforms
• Produce “Business Break” segments.
• Maintain communication with clients and Account Executives throughout the creative process.
• Use the current SharePoint system to track commercial progress and reconcile production billing.
• Produce special sales projects as needed including promotion for sponsored contests, events, and public service announcements.
• Help with overall station projects and community service events.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience in and willingness to learn DSLR video photography, field production, non-linear editing systems, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and other applications in the Adobe Cloud Suite needed.
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be organized, with the ability to communicate with local station clients and internal sales staff.
• Strong writing skills needed.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
