WHO YOU AREWe’re growing fast and looking for a Creative Traffic Manager to join our Brand & Creative team. In this role, you will become central for all workload flowing into the department on a daily basis. As an advocate for the Brand & Creative team, you will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing creative requests, managing timelines, team workload allocation and planning, agency management as well as managing communications across cross-functional teams and external partners. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Brand Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DOAct as air traffic controller for all creative requests.
Manage the project intake process for all creative projects coming into the Brand & Creative department in Wrike-y (project management system).
Evangelize and enforce processes and encourage adoption by redirecting all requests through Wrike-y for proper tracking.
Ensure all necessary input has been provided in order to schedule and resource the work.
Act as a liaison between internal teams to obtain missing information and materials that the brand design team needs to work on requests.
Plan and lead Wrik-ey Stand up Meetings and take accountability for presenting accurate information, documenting, and managing actions in a timely manner.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and extended team members to keep work tracking.
Prioritize and coordinate with key SMEs to ensure meeting deadlines and consolidating/aligning feedback to implement.
Identify areas of improvement within the creative workflow and management process and work with the leadership team to implement solutions.
Assist with project management on specific deliverables.
Assess performance metrics and apply to strategy and planning.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology and/or B2B agency environments.
Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments and high-growth companies.
Results-oriented self-starter with humility, empathy, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy, technical acumen, creativity, and follow-through.
Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside agencies.
Ability to juggle multiple inputs from key stakeholders against tight timelines.
Confidence in managing a high volume of projects in parallel, working in project management systems, and delivering meaningful updates to your key stakeholders.
Strong creative intuition combined with a comprehensive knowledge of creative production.
Solid understanding of required file formats for print and digital delivery.
Exceptional communicator who can both influence and listen to find common ground.
Comfortable rolling up sleeves and diving into the work while leading well under pressure.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATIONProficient in Google Workspace apps: Slides, Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Adobe AEM.
Experience with Wrike-y, Canva, and Workfront is a plus.
Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Graphic Design or similar discipline.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $119,000 - $160,600.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
