Job Summary: CTG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Epic Ambulatory Credential Trainer with STS (Specialized Training Services) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Epic Ambulatory system. This role requires a deep understanding of Epic Ambulatory workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for Epic Ambulatory end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and job aids. Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions. Assess the training needs of end-users and tailor training programs accordingly. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with system updates and enhancements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. Maintain credentialed status with Epic and stay current with new features and updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in physician training and support of Epic Ambulatory systems. Strong understanding of Epic Ambulatory workflows and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with STS (Specialized Training Services). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
