Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Description

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining HR databases.

This is a full in-office position. The role reports directly to the HR Director and collaborates with back office personnel. The company offers great benefits, including generous PTO, 401K, and other healthcare benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
