The Credentialing and Authorization Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Managed Care Liaison and Credentialing supervisor and Director of Billing and RCM with the day to day maintenance of insurance credentialing for all payers as needed.

Requirements
· Associate’s degree in medical coding, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years direct experience with complex medical billing and collections, preferably in a managed care setting.
· Strong problem solving skills.
