Mosaic is seeking a Credentialing Supervisor to join our Revenue Cycle team. The Credentialing Supervisor in our ABA therapy practice will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and tactical delivery of day-to-day operations related to the enrollment and credentialing of new locations, providers, as well as the ongoing maintenance of all network participation agreements. This role will provide expertise in maintaining Mosaic’s reputation for the delivery of high quality ABA services to our clients. This person will report to the VP of Revenue Cycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
+ Responsible for supervising the credentialing process for all providers within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements
+ Develops and maintains credentialing/re-credentialing processes to continually increase the efficiency and efficacy of credentialing for internal and external stakeholders
+ In a collaborative effort, guide and lead Credentialing Specialist(s), monitor their performance, and identify and addresses performance improvement opportunities
+ Ensure successful credentialing submissions with expediency and accuracy with efficient internal and external communication throughout the process
+ Communicates and works to improve interdepartmental relationships with Credentialing, Recruitment, Billing, Intake, Compliance, and other departments
+ Researches and analyzes issues, ensures appropriate documentation to identify outcomes and accurately interprets internal and external guidelines and policies
+ Prepare management and operational reports for internal and external customers
+ Maintains current Credentialing database and ensure it remains up to date
+ Facilitate problem solving of operational and revenue cycle issues through collaboration with client health plans and internal stakeholders
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
+ Assists with resolution of contract and claim issues related to practitioner enrollment and identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement
+ Respond to inquiries regarding practitioner credentialing and enrollment
+ Maintains confidentiality of all credentialing information in compliance with federal and state statutes, as well as Mosaic policies
+ Perform other job duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:
+ Minimum 3 years of Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment processing required (ABA Credentialing/enrollment experience is a plus)
+ Ability to utilize and manipulate spreadsheets, EHR system, and other credentialing software
+ Prior Knowledge and experience with working in NCTracks and Medicaid MCO payer credentialing processes
+ Ability to monitor the onboarding and terminations of all providers in group and update accordingly
+ Demonstrate effective and high level of professional communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Position mandates a disposition for a high level of detail for success
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrate problem solving skills, demonstrate strong organizational skills and be a team player
+ Must be able to prioritize efficiently and be able to switch gears at a moment’s notice
