Credentialling Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Credentialing Manager on behalf of a nonprofit client focused on providing vital medical services to the community. Position Overview: Our nonprofit client is seeking an experienced Credentialing Manager to oversee the credentialing process for their medical professionals. This temp-to-hire role is critical to ensuring compliance, maintaining high standards, and supporting the organization’s mission to deliver quality care. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in medical credentialing and leadership, with a focus on execution and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for medical professionals. + Ensure compliance with NCQA guidelines (note: the organization is not NCQA certified). + Supervise and mentor credentialing staff, fostering a supportive and productive team environment. + Develop and maintain reporting systems to track credentialing progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve credentialing issues and streamline processes. + Maintain detailed and organized credentialing records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Qualifications: + Minimum of 4 years of medical credentialing experience. + At least 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. + Familiarity with NCQA guidelines and their application to credentialing processes. + Exceptional organizational, communication, and reporting skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines. + Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization in the medical field.
