Overview

We are hiring a Credit Analyst to join our Credit Team located in US.  The position will be reporting to the Director of Global Credit.

 

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end collection process for corporate and Federal customer accounts. Working closely with sales team and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely manual invoicing according to contracts, resolving any billing discrepancies. Month end reconciliation and variance analysis of Account Receivables Accounts Provide accurate weekly cash forecast report and generate regular reports regarding customers’ collection status. New customer set-up and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, making data-driven decisions on credit limits and payment terms to minimize delinquency and bad debts. Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, disputes, and payment delays professionally and effectively. Participates in audits to include Sarbanes-Oxley and annual audits conducted by internal and external auditors. Execute and propose processes that will help automate/streamline process/ procedures. Other Ad Hoc tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate degree required. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience in invoicing, collection, and credit management. Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel Basic accounting knowledge and experience Excellent communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages towards different audiences and conveying the objective clearly. Accountability: A team player who holds self-accountable for performance, takes ownership, with advanced level of accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines and be champion of new initiatives Problem solving: An analytical problem solver exercising common sense and practical solutions orientation.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in California is $68,000 - $80,000; the pay ultimately offered within the expected range may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
