Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the finance consulting industry, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. We are in search of a Credit Analyst to join our team. Your primary role will be to analyze application data, manage customer accounts, and devise structured financial products to suit the needs of our clients. Responsibilities: • Analyzing financial data including bank statements, credit card statements, financial statements. • Evaluating the creditworthiness of business applicants in accordance with our underwriting guidelines. • Communicating effectively with relationship managers to convey underwriting decisions. • Creating tailored financial products to meet the specific needs of clients. • Using due diligence techniques to assess credit risk. • Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintaining accurate records of customer credit. • Using software tools like Excel and CRM for data interpretation and management. • Providing technical and analytical guidance in gathering and analyzing financial information. • Liaising with senior management to discuss underwriting and risk decisions and strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance consulting industry. • Proficiency in using 3M, CRM, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. • Expertise in cash flow analysis and interpretation. • Familiarity with collection processes and strategies in finance consulting. • Strong understanding and knowledge of credit applications and their processing. • Proven experience in credit analysis, preferably within a finance consulting environment. • Prior experience in banking credit analysis is highly desirable.
