Title: Credit and Cash Management Analyst
Location: East Alton, IL, with the ability to transition to Clayton, MO around June 2025

Salary: $68,000+
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available up to 2 days remote per week

Credit and Cash Management Analyst Essential Job Functions: Provide daily cash receipt reports to Credit and Accounts Receivable team for collections, prioritization and review of credit releases.  Post payments to customer accounts and balance cash received. Analyze payment trends and monitor discounts taken are earned or payback requested. Prepare rolling four-week cash forecast for monthly collection goals and corporate treasury reporting and analyze weekly results to plan. Process all requested washes and post Accounts Receivable journal entries. Process customer debit and credit card payments and provide reporting and analysis. Analyze short payments and assist with resolution, monitor and report trends and attach supporting documentation in SAP Dispute Management. Log invoices in all US Government Collections Systems (IPP, PASSPORT, ISUPPLIER) to ensure prompt payments to Winchester.  Perform monthly closing and cash balancing activities and reports and assist with audit support. Assist with analysis and input of customer financials for customer credit line reviews. Maintain Lockbox and Remit Retention files. Monitor Accounts Receivable inbox for incoming remittance advice, customer requests and process or direct requests as required. Credit and Cash Management Analyst Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.   Minimum five years of accounting, credit, collections, customer service, finance or related business experience.    Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and SAP experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Highly self-motivated with ability to work well with minimum supervision. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage high-volume workload and willingness to collaborate and support team members.

Location-Specific Requirements: 

This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
