Position OverviewThe Manager will oversee collections function and team for the company in order to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt risk; including partnering with customers and internal departments status and proactive management of high risk accounts

Job Description

Manage the collection of accounts receivable balances and provide guidance to ensure appropriate resolutionReview non and short payments with team members. Troubleshoot variances and provide resolution to associatiesPrepare and present recurring reporting for AR/Finance/Sales leadership, for DSO, bad debt, high risk accounts and other ad hoc analysis as necessaryDevelop and execute plans to reduce/minimize delinquencyMonitor high risk accounts and ensure any financial exposure is escalated to senior management on a timely basisManage team of associatesCoordinate and manage documentation/information as required for external auditsMaintain and update process documentationReconcile and process adjustments for bad debt and accounts receivable balance sheet accounts. Review and approve balance sheet reconciliationsTravel Required: Yes
