Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in b2b collections
Ability to do high volume outreach via email and phone
Experience with AR aging report
SAP experience preferred
Job Description:
As a Credit and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for applying payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. You will also engage in regular communication with customers to manage their accounts effectively, including conducting credit reviews and processing account maintenance. Duties can include:
Applying payments and reconcile accounts.
Resolving account discrepancies and differences.
Contacting customers by phone and in writing to discuss their accounts.
Prepare and distribute statements of accounts for assigned customers.
Complete credit reviews for new and existing customers.
Process all aspects of customer account maintenance.
Recommend credit limits, credit holds, and release orders as necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
