Global manufacturing company located in St. Louis is in search for Credit & Collections Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years credit, collections and accounts receivable experience preferably in a manufacturing or distribution corporation, and must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Responsibilities include develop and maintain reporting/dashboards to monitor progress of team goals, create spreadsheets and databases to facilitate transparency, more efficient credit assessment, and collection efforts and responsible fore for credit risk, customer master database, invoicing exceptions, cash application, customer collections and quote to cash dispute resolution in the US, Mexico and Canada.
