Your Role

We are looking for a competent Credit Collection Specialist. In this role, you will be in charge of collecting outstanding payments and improving profitability while maintaining debtor goodwill & trading relationships.

You will manage your own complex ledger, chase payments and maintain up-to-date CRM information and strong customer relations.

Your Impact Achieve overdue recovery targets Contact business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts, ensuring the collection of past due accounts Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances Quickly identify and mediate barriers to payment Develop and maintain a successful partnership with customers, the sales team and other back office teams Manage stopped accounts up to litigation Maintain accurate credit files and collection files Reconcile and resolve of complex accounts Build communication and close relationships with the sales force and lease/credit partners Maintain constantly up-to-date CRM information About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. To handle the complexity of working with a wide variety of customer and industry types, as we offer a variety of payment and lease options, you should have very high attention to detail, strong investigative/problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude. What you should bring:

3-5 years’ experience in the role Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge of Digital and IT tools Organization, with strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships Knowledge of CRM management. Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus Knowledge and management of financial solutions Experience with credit management and credit collection techniques Financial and economic skills and expertise Long-term customer relationship management skills Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities – SAP would be a plus Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer
