Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Credit & Collections specialist based in Ft. Worth, Texas. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage B2B collections, ensuring that overdue accounts are promptly addressed and dues are collected. • Oversee the aging of customer transactions and take necessary actions for collections. • Maintain comprehensive and current records of clients' open accounts. • Identify reasons for credit holds and justifications for credit releases. • Coordinate with customers and other company departments to resolve any collection issues. • Handle account disputes and billing discrepancies through thorough research. • Perform reconciliations of accounts and payments. • Process adjustments and refund requests to provide excellent customer service. • Collaborate with branches and sales force to communicate any account issues. • Perform any other duties related to credit and collections as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data efficiently. • Experience with CRM systems to maintain customer relations and solve queries timely. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlining business processes. • Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions to maintain financial control and transparency. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage and track payments accurately. • Proficiency in Billing Functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Experience in handling Cash Activity to track cash flow and maintain financial health. • Ability in B2B collections to manage business-to-business transactions effectively. • Expertise in Credit - Collections to manage credit risk and maintain healthy cash flow.
