Kforce has a client located in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Credit/Collections Analyst to join their Collections Department. Responsibilities will include: * The Credit/Collections Analyst will collect on all delinquent customer accounts within assigned credit portfolio * Provide customer service by processing customer payments, adjustments, refunds, and resolving discrepancies * As a Credit/Collections Analyst, you will make sound and consistent decisions regarding order releases and account credit holds * Identify accounts needing adjustment to their credit limit * Work closely with branches and sales force in communicating account issues
