Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Credit/Collections Officer III. This role will work a hybrid/on-site schedule. Responsibilities: * Execute transactional/operational processes that meet the department deadlines and metrics * Researches and analyzes data to identify and address root cause of exceptions * Operates within established procedures and escalates issues when appropriate * Performs spreadsheet analysis (e.g. financial reconciliations, reserve analysis, etc.) * Identifies process issues or roadblocks that could have financial and operational implications * Effectively leverages resources to perform job duties efficiently
