Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiate Contract and Sales Agreement terms.
• Liaison between the customer and/or distributor.
• Collect all documentation related to customer credit applications, analyze creditworthiness, and establish payment terms.
• Provide customer service directly to the sales department, customers, distributors, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of Contracts & related information.
• Specialized reporting of various Contracts, as well as a clear understanding of all necessary documentation.
• Process documents when executed copies are received and send counter-signed copies back to customers.
• Create documents for products received per master contract or Sales Agreement as needed.
• File for State Contractor Licenses and complete Vendor Qualification information.
• Complete and file all documentation required by customers to facilitate prompt payment.
• Reconcile invoices.
• Monitor current accounts, identify past due balances, and follow the collection process.
• Provide problem resolution in support of Order Administration.
• Process documents for payment requests to the accounting and credit departments.
• File paperwork, promptly return phone calls, and troubleshoot problems.
• Update internal logs regularly to keep track of needed funds.
• Complete UCC filings when assigned.

This is a fully on-site position in South Windsor, Connecticut.
Work Environment
South Windsor, CT - Standard Office Environment.
Fully Renovated Office.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch).
Team size - 3.
Direct Report: Director of Finance.
