Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Apply cash receipts with a 90% or greater within 24 hours  To adjust cash payments to outstanding invoices Apply credit memos and debit memos in a timely and accurate manner Be able to work closely with AR Specialist Team and also Billing Team for resolution of unallocated cash receipts Prepare cash application reconciliations for lockbox and wire payments on a daily basis Update reports as needed for the cash receipts management Extensively research unapplied payments & communicate internal and external to resolve Respond to emails in the Cash Receipts mailbox within 24 hours Ensure smooth month-end for AR Performs such other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Perform client refunds Process credit card payment (on special case)

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on Cash Application Experience with ERP Systems is preferred, Oracle Cloud is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required; Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and minimal supervision; Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player Organizational and time-management skills Results-oriented
