WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR  

As a key member of our Credit and Collections team, you will play a pivotal role in reducing outstanding Accounts Receivables by efficiently recovering receivables in a timely manner. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make an impact, we want to hear from you! 

 You like working as a team, toward a common goal  Enjoy working with internal and external customers providing excellent customer service  Highly motivated and self-driven  Effective task prioritization and time management  Proven problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail  Experienced in high-volume collections  Dedicated to maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellence  Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel  Ability to effectively manage stress in challenging situations  Excellent written and verbal communication  Strong team player with independence when needed  Understanding of collections processes and regulations  Effective leadership, mentoring, and team management  Exceptional interpersonal skills with stakeholders  Analytical mindset for driving results and improvement  Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 4 collectors.  Implement collections strategies to reduce DSO.  Monitor and improve collection performance metrics.  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  Track team performance goals and KPIs.  Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes promptly.  Collaborate on system enhancements and process automation.  Drive continuous improvement in collections processes.  Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.  Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales departments.  Foster a positive and accountable team environment 

 Qualifications 

Minimum age of 18 years old  Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role  Proven track record of success in managing collections teams and achieving targets  Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment  Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets  Ability to pass a drug screen
