Based in Rosedale, Auckland, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Australia and New Zealand operations, spending much of your time on the phone building relationships with customers and ensuring timely collections.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As a vital member of the Accounts Receivable team, you’ll collaborate across departments and take ownership of key tasks, including:
+ Processing daily EFT and cash receipts, ensuring accurate allocations.
+ Managing weekly and monthly invoicing runs.
+ Assisting with monthly Direct Debit preparations and processing.
+ Following up on NZ ERUC Direct Debit dishonours.
+ Handling customer emails and queries (internal and external).
+ Managing monthly customer spreadsheet requirements.
+ Lead proactive collections efforts and resolve overdue accounts by building strong customer relationships over the phone.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED**
We’re looking for someone with:
+ 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally with a focus on collections.
+ Prior experience using SAP (preferred).
+ Intermediate Excel skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
+ Strong customer service skills, with a professional yet empathetic approach to collections.
+ A methodical, problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
+ A team-oriented attitude, contributing to a supportive and successful department.
+ The willingness to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver positive outcomes for stakeholders.
