Credit Controller
The main purpose of the role is to capture and allocate payments, refunds, direct deposits and COD payments.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Telephonic collections Processing journal entries Dealing with customer rebates and discounts Resolving queries, send out invoices, credit notes, POD's to customers if and when required Liaising weekly with sales reps regarding age analysis Release orders where credit limits have been exceeded after obtaining approval Performing credit checks and bank references on new credit applications received Monitoring customer limits and master data Ensure all filing is up to date and correct Excellent reconciliation skills is essential Qualifications:
Minimum Matric Tertiary qualification e.g. Credit Management,  (Advantageous) Drivers license Strong MS Office (Excel, Word) skills required Experience with Syspro (advantageous) Experience:
Min 3-5 years’ working experience in a similar role Experience in FMCG environment non-negotiable Excellent customer service skills  Able to deal with high volumes and high pressure on a daily basis Previous experience in capturing payments, dealing with queries and meeting monthly collection targets Foreign debtors reconciliations Attributes:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Solutions-driven, solid and dependable team player Adherence to strict deadlines Good time management skills and able to work to multiple deadlines concurrently Capacity to manage and maintain customer relationships High energy levels Disciplined and presentable After hour work may be required from time to time
