The Role

As a Customer Processor, you will provide excellent Customer Service to customers who come into the lot before, during or after time of sale. This role requires having broad spectrum knowledge about all departments within the company to provide documents needed and better assist customers with questions/complaints. You will be required to meet goals for productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and relationship management.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Loan Processing and Servicing staff to ensure all documentation and processes are followed/provided at the time of or after sale Ensure all manual contracts, dealer reassignment forms and title apps are sent to corporate within 24 hours of sale Maintain Metal Plates for Customer Pickup: Receive, document and store metal plates after registration is complete; Contact the customer when plates arrive and ensure the customer signs applicable document at time of retrieval Maintain titles after payoff for Customer Pickup; Receive, document and store titles after payoff; Contact the customer when the title arrives and ensure the customer signs applicable document at time of retrieval Provide excellent customer service to any customer that arrives De-escalate situations where a customer comes in very upset about various issues related to sale, service, title & registration, or payments Follow management to ensure Dealerships complies with company policies  Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and/ or personal information

Exceptional delivery of customer service, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the embodiment of company core values Knowledge of Consumer Auto Finance and Customer Service experience highly preferred Strong decision making, and negotiation skills. Skill operating commonly used office technology such as MS Office, MS Outlook, web search and web-based services. Bilingual English / Spanish required
