Credit Reporting and Data Visualization Specialist The Credit Reporting and Data Visualization Specialist is responsible for developing and preparing complex monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports requested by credit and senior management teams. The Specialist will be responsible for translating users' need by developing and maintaining creative, detailed dashboards that are used for credit making decisions. Reports and dashboards will be used by Divisional Credit Account Officers, Credit Account Officers, Credit Support Managers and Senior management teams. The Specialist will continuously look for efficiencies and streamlining opportunities, as well as build prototype reports. Position Responsibilities: * Work with manager and clients to fully develop and test complex reports that are insightful and valuable to clients. Clients will primarily be senior managers for Credit and Lending groups. * The specialist interprets the user's request to build creative and innovative reports that add value to dashboards/visualization. * Run complex queries, using Comerica supported tools and systems, to develop new complex analytical reports to assist in management's day to day strategy decisions. Will use SQL and SAS languages to pull and analyze data. * Will be required to be up to date with current reporting platforms such as Excel, Power BI and others. * Identify and investigate business and process issues raised by business units as well as participate in issue resolution recommendations.
