Job Description
Manage the day-to-day collection process of assigned portfolios. Assist in customer support by monitoring credit call lines and email inboxes. Support external customer setup and access to our customer-facing digital solutions. Drive resolution of customer issues to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances. Work closely with credit management to assist in reconciliation and collection.

Major company located in Las Colinas. Professional work environment with a focus on customer service and collections. Dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
