**Job description:** + Duties are listed based on the estimated % of time. + Other responsibilities may be assigned. **Responsibilities:** + Works with external banking partners to authenticate banking information and ensure funds availability for credit transactions. Requests and secures wire transfers for high liability and high risk transactions. + Authenticates and evaluates fraud and credit risk on incoming customers across all lines of business based on authentication tools and credit data. Assigns credit lines to customers. + Manages portfolio of customers through credit monitoring, bankruptcy identifications, cash flow issues, and negative news monitoring. + Meets inbound call requirements and makes outbound calls to assist with customer inquiries, problem resolution, and to obtain necessary information for risk assessments.
