Job Description

The successful applicant will be part of a team that provides support to Credit & Risk functions of the organization. The applicant will need to become familiar with company Policies and Procedures that support Credit & Risk functions that include Know Your Customer/Due Diligence, Compliance with Card Brand Requirements, and Credit Review Processes as needed.

Main responsibilities:

Analysis of customers’ accounts in order to ensure that they meet current Anti Money Laundering standards, Compliance with Card Brand requirements, or completion of Credit Support Review Processes;

Validate that customer accounts are in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer Policy for Elavon;

Everyday outreach to customers in order to inform of deficiencies identified or obtain required documentation via e-mail;

Follow escalation path to remediate accounts as appropriate;

Close cooperation with Compliance and Audit teams on Card Brand and AML matters;

Close cooperation with customer account stake holders to include Relationship Managers, Sales Leaders, and Internal Lateral Teams as directed by management;

Support internal teams on projects as and when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in English – both oral and written communication skills is a must;

Good knowledge of other European languages (Dutch, German, Norwegian, Polish & Swedish ) would be an advantage;

Experience in Anti Money Laundering would be an advantage;

Customer service experience would be an advantage;

Analytical mind and ability to work independently;

Flexibility and administrative accuracy are essential;

Good MS Office skills;

Attention to details;

Team spirit.

Analyst will be responsible for evaluating customer accounts to ensure they satisfy Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering, Card Brand Compliance, or Credit Support Review Processes completion. This will entail working with various departments within Elavon and liaising directly with customers (via e-mail) to ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures in applicable jurisdictions.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
