Your ability to make decisions, solve problems using sound judgment, and effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring the quality, efficiency, and on-time completion of project implementations. **What you will do:** + Successfully manage project implementations by collaborating with internal and external resources + Analyze client business processes and requirements to optimize solutions + Ensure quality assurance through validation, troubleshooting, and testing efforts + Communicate project status effectively with senior associates, managers, and clients + Provide client training to ensure product/service usage and benefits realization + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance implementation procedures **What You Will Need To Have:** + 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry + Ability to make decisions based on precedent and solve problems effectively + Subject Matter Expert knowledge of financial products/functional areas + Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willingness to travel **What Would Be Great To Have:** + Background in Credit Union or Banking (Including accounting knowledge of credit union or banking accounting processes) + Experience with project leadership and training + Ability to work independently and drive quality and staff development + Prior experience in organizing and managing tasks/projects effectively This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington. _Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate._ Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
