Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift Responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish,Overseeing the work of Restoration Technicians,Ensuring quality control, and maintaining communication with clients and insurance adjusters.Crew Chief Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced training in restoration or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry.- IICRC certifications WRT is required additional certifications are a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work on-call hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
