Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform NRCM duties in accordance with aircrew training program requirements. Plan and perform loading and unloading activities, compute the center-of-gravity position and ensure it is always within prescribed limits. Ensure the cargo compartment is properly configured for each mission. Verify and maintain a manifest for cargo and/or personnel. Supervise and participate in loading/unloading operations. Ensure cargo and passengers are properly restrained. Confirm security of cargo and passengers as necessary. Supervise passengers during routine and emergency operations. Report any malfunction, maintenance, or safety concern to the Pilot-in-Command. Perform emergency procedure actions as required by applicable directives and/or the Pilot-in-Command. Perform other aviation duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDFAA Airframe and Power Plant (AP) Mechanics License with minimum of five (5) years as a licensed AP aircraft mechanic with experience on helicopter and associated sub systems.Current FAA Class III Medical Certificate.Night Vision Goggle (NVG) qualified and 150 hours of NVG experience. Minimum of 650 total rotary wing flight hours. Active US DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain US DoD Secret clearance Ability to travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS; may include remote or isolated sites. Strong English speaking and written communication skillsHost nation language proficiency per contract requirement. LATAM countries: Spanish Level 2 in both Listening and Reading (L2/R2).Perform other aviation duties as assigned.

Preferred:

5 years’ experience with S-70/H-60 series.Combat experience and previous exposure to operations in Iraq or Afghanistan.Previous experience with the M-4, Glock 19, M-249, and M-134/GAU-17.
